Can you build a custom or private label program?
Yes. We design assortments, colors and packaging around your shelf, your season and your price point, including private label and display shippers.
Do you offer seasonal programs?
Yes. We run collections for Spring, Summer, Fall, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, so your display can refresh several times a year.

Delivery & lead times
How do you deliver?
You choose one of three delivery models:
| Delivery model | How it works | Lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Direct to your DC | Produced to your P.O. and shipped straight to your distribution center | 6–8 weeks after P.O., depending on order volume |
| Pick-up, FOB Chicago | From our US stock; your carrier collects at our warehouse | 2–5 days |
| Direct to store | From our US stock, delivered to your stores | 2–5 days |
Where do you ship from?
We hold stock in our own US warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Our US company, Dutch Flower House Americas LLC, is based in Troy, Michigan.
When should we book?
Lead times depend on order quantity. Large orders should be booked about 3 months ahead, especially for seasonal sets.
Payment terms & pricing
What are your payment terms?
Terms depend on the delivery model: net 90 for Direct to DC, net 60 for Direct to store, and net 30 for pick-up FOB Chicago.
How do you price?
Wholesale prices are per unit, in US dollars, with the case pack cost listed per SKU. Every SKU comes with a suggested retail price (MSRP) built for a mass-retail price point. Our 2027 wholesale price list is available on request. Contact our U.S. team for pricing tailored to your assortment and order volume.
How long are prices valid?
The 2027 price list is valid from November 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts depend on your program size; our retail team includes them in your quote.
Retail compliance & vendor onboarding
Are your products retail-ready?
Yes. Every SKU ships with UPC barcodes, and cartons are labeled to match your P.O. We work to your routing guide and labeling requirements.
Do you offer display shippers?
Yes. Our Market Bouquets come 10 per case with a display bucket, ready to go straight onto the sales floor.
Do you support EDI?
Yes. We're EDI capable and set up the connection with your team during vendor onboarding.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can issue a COI naming your company, with coverage up to $5 million.
What do you need from us to get set up?
Your vendor setup packet and routing guide. We return the completed forms, a W-9, our COI and item setup data for every SKU.
Do you support planograms?
Yes. We help plan your assortment and display layout for checkout, seasonal and floral areas.
The product
Are these real flowers?
Our dried flower collections feature real flowers and grasses. We also offer mixed bouquets combining dried and artificial flowers, as well as fully artificial collections. The catalog describes the materials used in each collection.
Do they need water or refrigeration?
No. That keeps them easy on your team: no cooler, no water, no daily care on the sales floor.
How long do they last?
One to three years at home, depending on light and humidity. On your shelf they keep their look for months, with no shrink from wilting.
Are the colors dyed?
Some varieties keep their natural color; others are dyed for richer, more consistent tones.
Will they shed?
A little shedding is normal for a natural dried product. Our packaging protects each bouquet in transit; if a shipment arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
How should shoppers care for them?
Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Dust gently with a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.
Sustainability
How sustainable are your products?
Our dried flower collections feature real flowers and grasses, require no water or refrigerated storage, and are designed for long-lasting enjoyment. Materials and packaging vary across our dried, mixed and artificial collections. Contact our team for product-specific information to support your sustainability reporting.
Quality, damages & returns
How do you make sure what we receive matches what we approved?
Every production run is checked against the approved sample and photographed per SKU before it ships.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 4 days of delivery and we'll replace or credit the damaged cases.
What is your return policy?
We build every program to the sample you approved, so returns are rare. If something isn't right, whether it's a color, a count or a delivery, tell us. We'll work with you on the fix that suits your stores best: a replacement, a credit or an adjusted next shipment. We'd rather solve it together than leave you with product that doesn't sell.
