We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolls and mouse movements. Clarity masks text you type into forms, and we do not use it to identify you.

How long we keep information

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
